Artifact Ideas!

For your large upcoming Artifact Project, you will need to select some THING that:

-Reflects some significant aspect of contemporary culture/ the culture of your generation

-Is an actual object, cannot be figment of your imagination

Please begin your posting ideas here. Your object must be approved by Thursday November 7th. I will provide feedback up until that point.

Note: only 1 student per class may do one item.

    1. Good. For your speech- you'd want to determine which 1 VHS tape was significant to you, and why.

    1. Billy- good idea, but the item should have some significant personal meaning. Do the ruby slippers have personal meaning to you? If not, you may want to select something else.

    1. Hi Denis- grunge music isn't a tangible thing....so while it is a good idea, you'll need to select something representative. Flannel shirts- a specific album, doc marten boots, etc. What object is most significant to you?

    1. Angelica- it may be hard to find research for this.... you may need to do more research on Halloween and its evolution & recent controversies regarding it.

    1. Hi Matt-

This needs to be more specific. Pick either- a real life type of train, OR a toy train set, etc. Did this start with a love of "Thomas the Train"? Specify further.

    1. Aamir- this is okay but it is pretty vague. Also, someone else is already doing VHS. You may want to select something different so it isn't too boring.
